Requirements

  • Experience in order management, project management, operations/logistics
  • Experience building end-to-end SOPs/work instructions (with version control, RACI, review cadence)
  • Ability to document process maps, including handoffs, controls, and exception paths
  • Familiarity with process measurement (cycle time, throughput, defect/rework rate) and setting up simple KPI dashboards
  • Experience facilitating process workshops (HPS/continuous improvement sessions)
  • Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma concepts (e.g., waste identification, root cause analysis)
  • Experience serving as the administrator for new tool implementation (in addition to Product Owner responsibilities) including configurations, maintaining workflows and templates, managing integrations, and providing ongoing user support
  • Familiarity with change management principles, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training, and adoption of new processes and tools
  • Microsoft Visio or similar tool (process maps, swim lanes, value stream maps)
  • SharePoint /Teams/O365 for maintaining a controlled process library (templates, approvals, versioning)
  • Power Automate (simple workflow automation for approvals, intake forms, notifications)
  • Project tools: MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com or similar platform(s) (basic project tracking, dependencies, status reporting)
  • SAP/Business Objects exposure beyond “user level” (e.g., reporting extracts)

Responsibilities

  • The main function of the position is to support the XP operational business activities by ensuring profitable operational solutions are defined and implemented to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Evaluate and document workflow environment within XP. Develop and propose process improvements in XP operations
  • Effectively interface with multiple business areas for process definition and effective process improvement
  • Act as an XP business process resource
  • Identify, create and maintain tools and templates needed to standardize and optimize processes
  • Support the XP Business Line Team with operational functions
