Leads and supervises the site’s operations processes for all products manufactured at a 300-employee poultry processing facility. Promotes food safety and GMP awareness and education of employees. Manages the team’s safety performance, quality of work, and achievement of production goals within the process area. The position reports to the process manager with a primary work schedule of Mon. – Thur. OR Tues. – Fri. day shift, with flexibility to work early shift, overtime, and weekends, as needed.
