Process Line Lead - 1st Shift South Plant
About The Position
Furlani Foods is seeking a Process Line Lead to oversee the efficient and effective operation of a production line and ensure scheduled production is completed on time. The lead must be self-sufficient across production-line processes and support the production supervisor. The role provides daily direction to team members, communicates with management about production schedules, collaborates with other process line leads, and develops strategies to meet daily production commitments. The position requires adherence to applicable food safety and quality mandates, including CGMP, AIB, FDA, SQF, FSMA, and GFSI requirements. Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of manufacturing experience in a leadership role.
- Written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Organizational skills.
- Computer literacy, including the ability to update Excel spreadsheets and write emails using Outlook.
- Ability to work in an environment with garlic, butter, flour, and dust.

- Spanish language skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the production supervisor.
- Give team members daily direction based on relevant information and production goals.
- Maintain open communication with management to ensure the production schedule is obtainable.
- Work as a team and support other process line leads as needed.
