About The Position

The Process Investigation Specialist investigates manufacturing issues in solid dosage materials. The role requires strong knowledge of solid dosage manufacturing and responsibility for conducting thorough, detailed, and timely investigations and preparing high-quality, timely investigation reports. Investigations must adhere strictly to applicable quality and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science.
• Five years of experience in manufacturing investigations.
• Strong experience in solid dosage.
• Bilingual written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Understand the investigation process as it applies to manufacturing issues involving solid dosage materials.
• Investigate process deviations and atypical results and identify root causes.
• Conduct investigations in strict adherence to appropriate quality and compliance standards.
• Exercise judgment in developing practices, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Generate high-quality investigation reports in a timely manner.
