About The Position

We are looking for a Process Intelligence Specialist to help shape the future of digital procurement through process intelligence, automation, analytics, and AI. In this hands-on role, you will analyze and document business processes, establish scalable standards, and design automation solutions that deliver measurable business value. Using technologies such as Databricks, Celonis, Power Platform, RPA, and AI, you will identify improvement opportunities, challenge existing ways of working, and turn ideas into working solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, building things themselves, and transforming complex processes into streamlined digital experiences. Beyond process optimization, you will help create the data, process, and system foundations that enable future AI capabilities across the organization. We're looking for a curious, proactive problem solver with strong technical skills and a builder's mindset. We value creativity, systems thinking, and the ability to move from concept to implementation. What Makes This Role Different Transform and standardize processes before automating them. Build solutions rather than simply recommend them. Influence next-generation AI and digital capabilities. Turn data and insights into measurable business outcomes. Thrive in a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
