As a Process Integration Engineer, you work closely with our engineering team on projects that may include process yield, cost reduction, integrated process capability, technology ramp and technology transfers. Work includes gathering and analyzing data, using data to define problems and drive improvements, summarizing and sharing findings and driving closure of the control plan to secure improvement. This position requires strong analytical, problem-solving and engineering skills. This position will be located at GlobalFoundries in Essex Junction, Vermont.

Requirements

  • Graduating with Bachelor’s or Master's in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, materials science, chemistry, physics or related field from an accredited degree program.
  • Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
  • English language fluency.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
