About The Position

Idaho Falls Community Hospital is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to support organizational initiatives focused on measurable operational performance, process improvement, efficiency, and continuous improvement. It also supports technology-enabled process improvement using tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Cerner, and other approved systems. The specialist maintains a connection to frontline operations and clinical practice; clinical knowledge and, when appropriate, direct patient care may support workflow evaluation, identification of system issues, validation of proposed improvements, or other organizational needs.
