Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience required.
• Minimum of two years related work experience.

Nice To Haves

• Process improvement certification (i.e. McKinsey Lean training, Six Sigma certification) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes existing business processes using established methods and process improvement methodology.
• Identifies process or workflow issues and trends. Assists in reviewing performance using standard metrics and data.
• Supports the preparation of reports on quality and other metrics. Tracks effectiveness and identifies updates needed to stay compliant.
• Updates documentation to support analysis and improvement including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and gap/problem analyses.
• Works with internal partners and stakeholders to support ongoing process improvement efforts.
• Supports assigned processes and builds understanding of related procedures and controls. Follows established guidelines to ensure quality and compliance.
• Assists in coordinating follow-up activities and tracks progress on process improvement initiatives.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
