About The Position
Provide leadership to all departments to develop and achieve maximum production consistent with high standards of quality and safety while keeping waste cost down to a minimum. Review all productions and waste numbers. Facilitate Process Improvement Teams working to implement LEAN manufacturing concepts attacking waste, set up, and downtime opportunities. Identify waste (material and labor) problems in the plants and develop ways to correct.
