About The Position

Under the general direction of the Manager, Process Improvement, partners with core leaders, caregivers & physicians to facilitate, create and implement process and systems improvement (Lean Healthcare). Assists in developing measurement tools to determine efficacy. Facilitates, trains and advises others regarding process and systems improvement. Develops appropriate training materials. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent educ/experience
  • 3 years experience in project management, healthcare, and/or in a position directly applying lean techniques and quality problem solving techniques.
  • Experience in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience developing and delivering educational materials in a group setting.
  • Experience in a health care environment.
  • Experience in Lean, Six-Sigma, or Quality Engineering.
