The Process Improvement Consultant Senior role sits within the Business Optimization function of HR Strategy Planning & Business Optimization. This role partners across HR to support strategic initiatives through a disciplined process improvement and business optimization lens—driving efficiency, effectiveness, and scalable execution. The consultant will also help define and advance the approach for measuring and communicating the value, effectiveness, and impact of HR initiatives and projects.
