About The Position

Owns the creation and ongoing maintenance of process documentation that supports operational standardization and customer-specific execution. This includes documenting SOPs, mapping end-to-end processes, capturing process variations and exceptions, and maintaining customer playbooks as requirements and workflows evolve. Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements.

Requirements

Typically 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.

Nice To Haves

May be required to maintain certification in a quality management method, e.g., Lean or Six Sigma
Position may require the ability to travel.

Responsibilities

Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma).
Diagrams and evaluates existing processes.
Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams.
Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
Collects data to identify root cause of problems.
Measures performance against process requirements.
Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.
Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control.
Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes.
Communicates team progress.
Performs cost and benefit analyses.
Collects and analyzes process, quality and/or financial data.
Initiates, develops and recommends business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity, reduced cost and improved decision-making.
Other duties as assigned.
