You own end to end Finance process performance across core value streams including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report. You establish standards, governance, and performance management to improve cycle time, quality, cost, and control outcomes. You partner with Finance, Digital, and IT teams to simplify, standardize, and automate processes using data, analytics, and AI tools. Your work delivers sustained, measurable improvements and strengthens audit readiness. How This Role Differs Business Process Improvement Manager focuses on discrete improvement projects and short term fixes. Continuous Improvement Manager focuses on culture, Lean practices, and incremental improvements. Process Excellence Manager owns end to end process performance, governance, and sustained outcomes linked to business results.
