About The Position

The Process Equipment Operator will primarily be responsible for operating a custom heated forming press to produce fiber packaging. This role involves validating that the formed products meet specific weight and visual quality standards. The operator will also manage supporting equipment such as pumps and mixers. Key duties include following operational instructions, maintaining accurate records, and effectively communicating observations about the machinery and products. Additionally, when not operating the forming press, the operator will manage and maintain other equipment, including 3D printers, laser cutters, and spray coating systems. This position requires adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills due to the company's focus on research, development, and innovation, necessitating the ability to transition easily between tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of machine operator experience.
• High school diploma.

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of machine operator experience.
