This role sustains the EPI and Implant modules by reviewing and dispositioning aberrant lots, troubleshooting process issues, and providing manufacturing support in a semiconductor cleanroom. The technician will monitor production line health by reviewing and responding to SPC-based process trends, identify root causes of process deviations and implement effective corrective actions, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process control, yield, and cost efficiency. Additionally, the role involves writing, revising, and maintaining technical specifications and procedures, and leading training and developing colleagues.
