About The Position

Sustain the EPI and Implant modules by reviewing and dispositioning aberrant lots, troubleshooting process issues, and providing manufacturing support in a semiconductor cleanroom. Monitor production line health by reviewing and responding to SPC-based process trends. Identify root causes of process deviations and implement effective corrective actions. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process control, yield, and cost efficiency. Write, revise, and maintain technical specifications and procedures. Lead training and developing colleagues.

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent time‑management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities, especially when working on complex issues in a high‑volume production facility
  • Ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to changing processes
  • Familiarity with basic SPC concepts, methods, and terminology
  • High school diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of semiconductor device physics and materials
  • Wafer fabrication experience or familiarity with semiconductor processing and cleanroom experience
  • 2‑year or 4‑year degree in a technical discipline
