Requirements

1 year or more experience within relevant field
Email and written messaging with intermediate Excel knowledge
Proficient English abilities required
Ability to follow documented procedures, standards and policies
Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment with general supervision

Nice To Haves

Associates degree in relevant field or course work equivalent towards B.S. in engineering/related field preferred
Troubleshooting and diagnostics experience of computer parts/components and networks preferred
Basic understanding of engineering drawings and specifications
Familiarity with continuous improvement methods preferred
Excellent time-management skills

Responsibilities

Assists engineers with validating current processes and new process implementations with the use of time studies, process flows and other tools
Collects data and assists with data analysis
Resolves engineering tickets which may include computer parts, subcomponents or testing
Implements/adjusts process layouts
Supports senior process engineers with new product introduction readiness and training
Practices 5S and lean methodologies and provides specialist technical input into team project work
Assists with creating a culture to support lean methodologies and 5S
Responsible for meeting ISO 9001 and/or other quality system requirements in their department
May assist with communication for new processes
May perform other duties as assigned
