Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering (or related field).
  • Interest in regulated environments and process governance (e.g., ISO, FDA/EMA concepts, SOX, privacy, or internal controls).
  • Strong analytical skills; able to organize data and draw practical conclusions.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable documenting processes and presenting findings.

  • Collect and analyze process data (cycle time, queues, rework, defects) to identify bottlenecks and root causes.
  • Partner with compliance, legal, quality, and operations stakeholders to define requirements and pain points.
  • Develop future-state workflows that improve efficiency while maintaining/strengthening regulatory controls.
  • Draft standard work, process documentation, and change-control artifacts to support implementation.
