About The Position

As a Winter 2027 Process Engineering Co-op at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), gain hands-on experience with the coffee production process by working closely with a multidisciplinary team to understand manufacturing challenges and contribute to process optimization initiatives. In addition, gain valuable insight into the day-to-day responsibilities, collaboration, and professional development of a career in engineering. This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Food Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or another related field.
  • Willingness to spend a significant amount of time on the production floor and work in a manufacturing setting.
  • Interest in technical and operational aspects of food and beverage production.
  • Excitement to work with innovative technologies and equipment beyond traditional K-Cup manufacturing processes.
  • Interest in problem solving and independent work independently.
  • Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to F-1 (student) visa holders who require sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Support process engineering projects from concept through implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot manufacturing challenges.
  • Assist with equipment validation, commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Benefits

  • $31/hour
  • Paid bi-weekly
  • $5,000 sign on bonus pay, paid within first 30 days of employment
