About The Position
Mitchell Plastics is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer in Huntsville, Alabama, to improve manufacturing processes, production efficiency, and quality. The role focuses on solving production problems, optimizing processes, reducing waste and defects, and supporting equipment installations and production launches. The engineer will work with engineering, production, and quality teams to improve manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Engineering diploma.
- At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of injection molding, tooling, and assembly processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

- Automotive plastics experience.
