About The Position
Mitchell Plastics is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to improve manufacturing processes and production performance at its Huntsville, Alabama location. The role focuses on manufacturing excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement in an automotive plastics environment. The engineer will work to increase efficiency, improve quality, reduce waste and defects, and support equipment installations and production launches, collaborating with engineering, production, and quality teams.
Requirements
- Engineering diploma.
- At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of injection molding, tooling, and assembly processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
