About The Position

The Process Engineer will manage automation projects such as trademark quality inspection, drilling hole inspection, transparency inspection, component assembly inspection, primer inspection, and laser marking systems. This role involves developing and testing new materials, tracking their condition during production, and continuously improving them. The engineer will also be responsible for organizing process improvements, troubleshooting process issues, and compiling/updating relevant documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation or closely related discipline
• Experience in 2D and 3D design (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
• Knowledge in optical simulation (e.g., Ansys Zemax OpticStudio)
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Manage automation projects (trademark quality inspection, drilling hole inspection, transparency inspection, component assembly inspection, primer inspection, laser marking system)
• Develop and test new materials (ink, silver paste, screen, cutting wheel, drill, etc.)
• Track the condition of materials during production
• Continuously improve materials
• Organize process improvement initiatives
• Troubleshoot process issues
• Compile and update documents (work instruction, process requirement, process report, new materials standard)
