Requirements
- University degree in engineering
- Relevant experience in the composites field
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with computer tools/software
- Bilingualism
Responsibilities
- Optimizing the manufacturing process
- Conducting tests related to manufacturing processes
- Implementing measures to improve quality and reduce product cycle times
- Developing solutions to technical issues related to manufacturing processes, product quality, or installation design techniques
- Planning and participating in the implementation and technical training of new blade models, new processes, or new equipment
