About The Position
The Process Engineer is responsible for process improvements with measurable results across departments and functions in Manufacturing and Operations. The role performs daily duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations and established ISO procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create or design P&ID diagrams and ISO procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot quality problems and process issues.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing techniques.
- Computer skills, including SAP, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
Nice To Haves
- 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in R&D, Operations, Regulatory, and Finance.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot process and quality issues with formula processing within Manufacturing.
- Identify operational opportunities and propose changes to upgrade, improve, or streamline processes and facilities within the SIP network.
- Source new equipment as needed.
- Develop specifications for new packaging.
- Drive measurable results and impact from process changes.
- Follow established ISO procedures.
- Perform other assigned duties.
