The Process Engineer troubleshoots materials, processes, and tooling production issues in a plastic extrusion environment. Responsibilities

Work closely with Production Managers to resolve ongoing production issues
Assist in transition of new process developments
Lead process optimization and continuous process improvement activities
Start up new equipment and train operators
Establish and maintain best practice operating procedures
Work with Maintenance to ensure safe, continuous operation of extrusion equipment
Work with design engineering staff to improve equipment performance and reliability
Support and drive the Zeus Operating System Dimensions and Guiding/Supporting Principles
