About The Position

Voyager Technologies is hiring an onsite Process Engineer in Pueblo, Colorado, to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for solid rocket motors and energetic materials. The role spans the process lifecycle, from early development and feasibility through scale-up, process qualification, and production readiness. The engineer collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, and Compliance teams in a fast-paced, mission-driven manufacturing environment and reports to the Process Engineering Manager. The position calls for 3–5 years of hands-on experience and a strong technical foundation, continuous-improvement mindset, and readiness to take on increasing ownership. The work schedule is compressed 9/80, with every other Friday off. Travel may be up to 15%, including possible overnight travel within the continental United States.
