About The Position
Detail-oriented, reliable, creative team player to assist in process design for new and existing facilities. Analyze, calculate, and design new or revamped process equipment in refinery, chemical and other industrial applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering
- Min Yr = 0 Max Yr = 3+ years of experience
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Nice To Haves
- E.I.T. Preferred
- Knowledge of process simulation software (eg Aspen Plus, HYSYS) preferred
- Revit
- Bluebeam
- Aspen Plus
- HYSYS
- EDR
Responsibilities
- Assist in field and technical evaluations of existing process units
- Assist in the design and development of new or revamped process equipment, piping and instrumentation
- Perform calculations, develop PFDs and P&IDs, provide design documentation for downstream engineering disciplines, assist in the development of equipment specifications, assist with the compilation of scope of work packages for construction
- Interface with Client and Construction, attend meetings, and provide written reports
- Provide technical support for field execution
