About The Position
The Process Engineer creates and manages master data, including bills of materials, material masters, routings, work centers, and equipment. The role also prepares preliminary quotations, determines production data for bills of materials and work plans, analyzes discrepancies between production and the ERP system, and develops action plans to address issues and improve KPIs. The position assists with CIP projects, prepares standard pricing, and implements CU and BU standards. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage master data for bills of materials, material masters, routings, work centers, and equipment.
- Draw up preliminary quotations.
- Determine production data for creating bills of materials and work plans.
- Analyze discrepancies between production and the ERP system and draw up suitable action plans.
- Assist with CIP projects.
- Draw up standard pricing.
- Draw up action plans to improve KPIs.
- Implement CU and BU standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
