About The Position

Autoliv is seeking a Process Engineer to design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity. The role supports Autoliv’s work developing seatbelts, airbags, and steering wheels, with a focus on maintaining high product quality and improving manufacturing performance. The Process Engineer will work with cross-functional teams to address manufacturing challenges, implement process improvements, and develop manufacturing solutions and technologies. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in process engineering; automotive industry experience is preferred.
Knowledge of process design, development, optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using SolidWorks CAD.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
