Let’s Work Wonders ® We are looking for a Process Engineer to support our engineering team in Greensboro, NC. This role will report into the Engineering Manager and will support the Industrial Solutions business primarily.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. Three or more years experience in a similar role.
Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
Analytical and conceptual skills to think and plan strategically.
Desire to aggressively learn about a wide range of topics and adapt to the changing needs of the plant.
Comfort with computerized tools and basic computer programming.

Responsibilities

Analyze process data, determine root causes for process issues, and make changes that drive improvement for KPIs such as cycle time and yield.
Support production and maintenance teams by troubleshooting day-to-day operational issues both in office and in the plant.
Develop and maintain plant operating procedures, including in a digital batch management system.
Complete engineering-focused projects, including defining scope, developing proposals, process/equipment selection and design, equipment and infrastructure installation, equipment start-up, operator training, machine/computer programming and preparation of project documentation.
Actively participate in corporate and facility safety, environmental, security, cost savings and quality improvement programs.
