About The Position

Assist in maintaining and improving manufacturing processes through data-driven problem solving, process monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives to support production goals, product quality, and cost-effective operations as proposed by management/Operational Excellence teams.

Requirements

• BS Engineering or related field. Alternative of other education with emphasis on production processes or several years of experience
• Strong computer proficiency (all MS office applications), IT background a plus
• Superior time management, prioritization and project management skills
• High intrinsic motivation to positively complete projects
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

• Close coordination with the CERATIZIT Group to define OE projects and project teams for transferring production technology
• Establishing new technology and processes and implementing new products into the production portfolio
• Assist in preparing and reviewing quotations for special product requests
• Introduction of Continual Improvement Process (KVP) and PDCA Management
• Conduction and documentation of grinding tests for improving tool quality
