Process Engineer II

Interface•Kyle, GA

About The Position

The Process Engineer II identifies improvement opportunities aligned with strategic objectives and leads multidisciplinary teams to improve existing processes, reduce costs, and assist with implementing new manufacturing processes. The role uses process improvement methodologies such as DMAIC, DOE, FMEA, process mapping, and 6S. It examines equipment, processes, and operations, then defines, develops, documents, trains, and implements improvements. The position involves both hands-on and theoretical engineering approaches. The role works closely with operators, manufacturing, Engineering, functional experts, and outside vendors. It supports continuous improvement, cost reduction, product quality, process efficiency, safety, and compliance with applicable company procedures and regulations. The work takes place in an office and a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment and includes travel to other locations as needed.
