About The Position

This Process Engineer is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations by identifying opportunities to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance. This role partners closely with plant operations, maintenance, quality, and leadership teams to analyze production processes, implement sustainable improvements, and standardize best practices. The Process Engineer serves as a technical resource for assigned subject areas, leads various types of projects, develops process documentation and operating procedures, and ensures all process changes support safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. Through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration, this position helps optimize plant performance, reduce manufacturing costs, and improve cycle times. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
