As a Process Engineer I, here at Honeywell, you will optimize manufacturing processes, ensure product quality, and drive operational efficiency. Collaborate with teams, develop strategies, and conduct process analyses for improvement. You will report directly to our Engineering Program Manager, and you’ll work out of our Richardson, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule. The Process Engineer I supports the development, optimization, and sustainment of manufacturing processes for Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) products. This role is focused on ensuring process capability, manufacturability, and continuous improvement, while enabling the successful transition of MMIC devices from engineering into stable production. The position collaborates cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and external suppliers to ensure processes, equipment, and systems operate efficiently and meet safety, quality, and cost objectives. Responsibilities include identifying process issues, performing root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, designing experiments, and supporting documentation and fixture development to drive consistent, high-quality MMIC production.
