Process Engineer - Defect Applications
About The Position
onsemi is hiring a self-directed and self-driven Defect Applications Engineer in Hopewell Junction, NY, with primary responsibility to develop Defect inspection strategies and deploy inspection recipes to enable aggressive learning. This includes but is not limited to optimization of defect inspection recipes for better DOI (Defect of Interest) capture, improvement of throughput, tool utilization, manufacturability and overall cost of ownership.
