Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong interest in drug development, formulation, or analytical chemistry.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Comfortable learning new techniques and asking thoughtful questions.
Nice To Haves
- Basic laboratory experience (academic or industry) is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, preparation, and testing of drug formulations, including small molecules, biologics, or advanced delivery systems.
- Conduct routine laboratory experiments, such as solution preparation, stability testing, and analytical measurements under supervision.
- Support method development and validation activities using techniques like HPLC, UV‑Vis, dissolution testing, or other analytical tools (training provided).
- Help maintain accurate laboratory documentation, including lab notebooks, batch records, and data summaries.
- Participate in data analysis, compiling results into clear tables, graphs, and reports for internal review.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing to support ongoing development projects.
- Follow all safety, compliance, and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) guidelines to ensure a safe and high‑quality work environment.
