As a Process Design Consultant, you will: Assess and analyze current-state processes to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and performance improvement. Partner with stakeholders to gather, challenge, and refine business requirements. Design end-to-end solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, scalability, and user experience. Influence strategic transformation initiatives across the credit lifecycle.
