About The Position

Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience in data analysis or performance management, applying process improvement methodologies.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities, adept at handling high-stress, repetitive tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and SharePoint (beginner to intermediate).
• Ability to quickly learn proprietary software for scheduling, reporting, and dispatching.
• Excellent organizational and team collaboration skills.

• Experience working in a project management or design environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by managing high-volume calls, emails, and walk-ins, often involving complex or sensitive conversations.
• Investigate and resolve MobileTC/WaAM tickets, ensuring accurate routing and efficient issue resolution.
• Set up and track projects in Oracle Maximo, maintain detailed workload data, and monitor project statuses using Excel and SharePoint.
• Review, process, and assign load sheets to Project Managers, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Communicate with operations and customers to clarify order details and coordinate project documentation.
• Prepare job packets and provide timely workload reports to supervisors as requested.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
