About The Position

The Process Commissioning Lead is responsible for leading process commissioning execution, including development of work packages, coordination of resources, and system startup activities in California.

Requirements

• 10+ years commissioning experience
• Minimum 5 years in a Lead role
• Strong experience with DCS / ESD / F&G checkout
• Experience in O&G or gas processing projects
• OSHA-30
• H2S
• ISN compliant

Nice To Haves

• Steam ticket or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of commissioning work packages
• Coordinate process commissioning and startup (CSU) activities
• Lead system scoping, tag validation, and systemization support
• Support FATs, vendor inspections, and package validation
• Lead dynamic commissioning and startup execution
• Develop and verify commissioning procedures and checklists
• Support PSSR, walkdowns, and ITP witness points
• Oversee vendor coordination and field execution
• Provide reporting, scheduling input, and resource planning support
• Ensure safety compliance, training, and workforce readiness
