About The Position

The PCM is responsible for ensuring that good manufacturing practice is being performed to ensure that a safe and high-quality product is being produced. This role is for the Cone Line 1st Shift.

Requirements

• High Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• One to three months of experience and/or training
• Combination equivalent of both education and experience

Responsibilities

• Take a proactive role in assuring safe, quality products are being produced; reporting any deficiencies that are found.
• Interpret and enforce good manufacturing practice (GMP), regulations, and procedures to ensure food safety standards are met.
• Maintain records that would confirm that good manufacturing practices are being implemented.
• Other duties may be assigned at the request of the 2nd Processing Superintendent.
