About The Position

We are seeking a Process Automation & AI Solutions Consultant to support Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives within a leading global pharmaceutical organization's Research Laboratories division. In this role, you will help drive automation, AI adoption, workflow optimization, and learning technology solutions across the organization. Working closely with technology and data strategy leaders, you will design and implement scalable solutions using ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, AI technologies, and learning systems. This position is ideal for a technology professional who enjoys process improvement, automation, AI innovation, and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated life sciences environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Power Automate, and Smartsheet.
• Experience developing ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, and service portal solutions.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Experience implementing and supporting learning technology solutions.
• Experience delivering technology projects from planning through implementation.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning or other LMS platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, Claude, Claude Code, or similar AI technologies.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other regulated environments.
• SharePoint administration and development experience.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with Python, SQL, JSON, or related technologies.
• Master's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Process Automation & Workflow Solutions: Design, develop, and maintain workflow automation solutions using ServiceNow, Power Automate, and Smartsheet. Build and enhance ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, and service portal solutions. Maintain existing workflow solutions, SharePoint lists, and automation tools. Monitor and manage technology requests, ensuring timely triage and resolution. Partner with internal automation teams to improve operational efficiency.
• AI Solutions Development: Develop AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, Claude, and related technologies. Build custom AI assistants and automation solutions to improve learner experiences and operational efficiency. Identify opportunities to leverage AI for content generation, reporting, analytics, and process optimization. Stay current on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
• Learning Technology Support: Support implementation and enhancement of learning technology platforms and tools. Provide technical consultation to Learning & Development teams. Assist with LMS administration, reporting, and technology projects. Support learning technology initiatives and process improvements.
• Collaboration & Project Delivery: Work closely with technology, data strategy, and business stakeholders. Partner with enterprise IT and technology teams to align solutions with organizational standards. Lead and support technology projects from requirements gathering through implementation. Provide technical expertise and best-practice recommendations.
• SharePoint, Knowledge & Content Management: Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, knowledge repositories, and performance support resources. Support document management and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Maintain learning content servers and web-based resources. Ensure content meets accessibility, security, and compliance requirements.
