About The Position

We’re looking for a Process Applications Engineer to support our Productivity Center through hands-on testing, customer collaboration, and equipment commissioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
• 2–10 years of relevant experience in process engineering, testing, or commissioning.
• Strong understanding of heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and applied engineering principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Dynamics, and familiarity with AutoCAD a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work hands-on with equipment (lifting up to 80 lbs, using tools, operating lifts).

Responsibilities

• Support sales teams with technical testing and process validation for new customer requests.
• Conduct lab and pilot tests to evaluate product performance on IPCO equipment.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and recommendations for internal and client use.
• Assist with equipment start-ups and commissioning (rental and new installations).
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to translate test results into optimized solutions.
• Act as a Rotoformer/ScatterPro specialist, providing technical guidance and customer training.
• Maintain lab safety, cleanliness, and chemical inventory.
