About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Process Analyst for a hybrid position (3 days onsite) with a Global Financial Institution. This role is focused on documenting processes, procedures, and workflows. The ideal candidate will lead or participate in continuous improvement efforts, leveraging their expertise to analyze and enhance business processes while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

Strong relationship management skills with the ability to navigate the complexities of aligning stakeholders, building consensus, and resolving conflicts
Proven ability to influence peers and stakeholders
Strong program/project management skills
Extremely detail-oriented with an ability to accurately document processes and procedures and track review schedules
Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

3+ years of internal control, regulatory, audit, risk, legal or compliance experience within a financial services or technology organization
Experience in banking technology
Any Risk or Audit certification (CISA, CISSP)

Responsibilities

Document processes, procedures and workflows
Lead or participate in continuous improvement efforts by creating, analyzing, and improving processes
Lead coordination of meeting schedules across multiple stakeholders
Proactively escalate any conflicts or concerns
Manage multiple and often competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Communicate in a clear and concise manner to influence the opinions and actions of key stakeholders
