Responsibilities
- Facilitating meetings across business units to provide updates on payer data status
- Facilitating task development for ETL staff and payer data teams based on incoming data
- Monitoring all moving parts of the project keeping them synchronized and moving forward
- Preparing, organizing, and distributing all necessary project materials
- Attending all project meetings and taking notes
- Communicating pertinent information between management and staff
- Supervising and delegating tasks to project assistants and other trained staff
- Collaborating on project presentations
- Fostering positive and productive client relationships
