About High Focus Centers High Focus Centers in Exton is a leading provider of outpatient behavioral healthcare, offering specialized treatment for adults and adolescents. Our Evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides a structured, evidence-based environment to support recovery, insight, and long-term wellness. We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Gambling Therapist with expertise in problem gambling to join our evening clinical team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping individuals regain control and rebuild their lives.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field, with completion of a clinical internship/practicum (required).
  • Candidates who are license-eligible (LPC, LCSW, or similar) are strongly encouraged to apply; fully licensed clinicians are also welcome.
  • Prior experience providing addiction treatment required.

Nice To Haves

  • Encouraged to have Certificate of Competency in Problem Gambling.
  • Experience with problem gambling populations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate evening group therapy sessions focused on addiction recovery and problem gambling.
  • Conduct clinical assessments to determine level of care, treatment needs, and appropriate interventions.
  • Provide individual counseling to support client goals and recovery progress.
  • Collaborate with clients, families (as appropriate), and multidisciplinary treatment teams to develop individualized treatment plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Participate in team meetings and clinical consultations to coordinate care and review client progress.
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and complete insurance reviews as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture focused on high-quality, ethical care.
