About The Position

onsemi is seeking a Probe Technician in Hopewell Junction, NY. This is a multi-skilled, hands-on role responsible for supporting semiconductor manufacturing through equipment maintenance, process execution, and day-to-day operations. This position requires a strong willingness to learn semiconductor processes, to troubleshoot and maintain manufacturing equipment, and to support a smooth production flow while adhering to all safety, quality, and cleanroom standards. This role is ideal for a technician who enjoys hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and working in a high-precision manufacturing environment. Application Technicians work 12-hour compressed shifts in a cleanroom environment on the Night frontend schedule. Employees in this role may be required to participate in the site Emergency Response Brigade and support emergency preparedness activities. Participation includes maintaining required training, certifications, and response readiness in accordance with site policies and business needs.
