The successful candidate will oversee and enforce child support cases, ensuring compliance with court orders by monitoring payment history and taking timely enforcement actions such as notifications, hearings, and case updates. Duties include maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records; responding promptly to inquiries and alerts; utilizing available technology and case management systems; and ensuring document security and office organization. The successful candidate will provide effective customer service and collaborate professionally with colleague and external agencies. Responsibilities also include escalating concerns, suggesting solutions, attending relevant trainings, and presenting cases in court as needed. Perform other related job duties as required.
