About The Position

Hodgson Russ LLP, a regional law firm with 230+ attorneys in 10 offices, is seeking a Probate Paralegal to join their busy Estates & Trusts team in the Palm Beach office. This role provides critical support to attorneys and helps deliver efficient, cost-effective representation to clients. The work focuses primarily on Probate Court matters, including all aspects of estate and trust administration. The paralegal will assist attorneys in all phases of estate and trust administration, from opening the estate through final distribution. Success in this role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines and focus on details.

Requirements

Associate’s degree in paralegal studies or bachelor’s degree in business, liberal arts, or some other closely related field.
Minimum of three years in a paralegal role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to meet deadlines and focus on details.

Responsibilities
