About The Position
This role involves representing clients in probate court, preparing and drafting legal documents, advising clients on probate matters, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in good standing
- Proven experience in probate litigation
- Strong understanding of probate law and procedures
- Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines
