Uni‑Craft Corp. is seeking a Proactive Sales Professional to help drive new business growth and expand our market presence. This role is focused on actively engaging prospects, developing customer relationships, and delivering value‑based solutions that align with UCC’s engineered product offerings. The ideal candidate takes initiative, is comfortable with outbound sales activity, and approaches selling in a disciplined and organized way. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, understanding customer challenges, and working closely with engineering and internal teams to develop practical solutions. This role includes managing the full sales cycle—from initial outreach through quoting and closing—while consistently working toward defined sales goals. Regular customer interaction, conference calls with internal teams, and travel to customer sites and industry events are key components of this position.
